The Sella River Descent is an activity suitable for the whole family. It’s important to note that you don’t need much experience to enjoy it, as it’s not particularly challenging. However, necessary precautions must still be taken, as there’s always a chance that someone might fall into the water. One of the main tips is to know how to swim.

Although it may not seem essential, one recommendation is to bring sunscreen and a cap. Being in contact with water, even if you’re not directly exposed to the sun, could still cause some burns. It’s also crucial to bring dry clothes to change into once you finish the descent.

One of the most important tips is to take the descent calmly, keeping in mind that it’s not a competition.
